The essentials for running compliant AI outbound campaigns.
Lead CSV format
Columns: name, phone (E.164 or 10-digit US), company, timezone (IANA, e.g. America/Chicago). Max 10,000 rows per upload.
Dynamic variables
Use {{name}}, {{company}} and {{persona}} anywhere in your script. Empty values are skipped gracefully.
Outcomes
Each call is classified: interested, demo_booked, callback, not_interested, voicemail or dnc.
Quotas
Plans include minutes, calls/day and concurrent call limits. Calls are blocked before dialing when a limit is reached; buying a top-up or renewing unlocks instantly.
Calling hours
Campaigns only dial between your start/end hour in each lead’s local timezone (default 9:00–20:00).
Opt-outs
If a prospect says stop / remove me / do not call, the agent confirms and the number is added to your DNC list.
International numbers
US/CA numbers activate instantly. UK, AU and EU numbers require address/ID documents and show “Pending verification” until approved.
