1. The service
Hellio lets you create AI voice agents, scripts and campaigns that place outbound phone calls on your behalf.
2. Your responsibilities
- You confirm you have a lawful basis and any required consent to call every number you upload.
- You comply with TCPA (US), CRTC/DNCL (Canada), PECR/TPS (UK) and all local laws.
- You only upload voice samples you own or are authorised to use.
- You do not provide false or misleading facts for your agent to say.
3. Billing
Plans renew weekly or monthly until cancelled. Minutes are deducted per started minute. Plan minutes reset each period; top-up minutes do not expire. Phone numbers are billed monthly.
4. Suspension
We may pause campaigns with abnormal opt-out or complaint rates, or that violate these terms.
5. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 3 months.
