FAQ

Does the agent pretend to be human?

No. The opener sounds natural, but if a prospect asks “are you a robot / AI?”, the agent always answers honestly — required in the US, Canada and UK.

Which countries can I call?

You can buy US and Canada numbers in-app. Outbound calling follows our voice provider’s supported destinations; we never list a country we can’t actually call.

What happens when someone says “stop calling”?

The agent confirms, ends the call, and the number is added to your DNC list automatically. Campaigns skip DNC numbers and respect each lead’s local calling hours.

Do I need my own Retell, Twilio or OpenAI account?

No. Everything runs on our platform — you just buy minutes. Numbers, voices and knowledge bases are created for you.

Can I clone my own voice?

Yes, on Growth and Pro. Upload a 30–90 second sample and confirm you own the rights to that voice.

What if I run out of minutes?

Calling pauses automatically before any new call starts. Buy a top-up or upgrade and it unlocks instantly.
