What we collect
- Account data: name, email, billing details (processed by Stripe).
- Content you upload: scripts, knowledge base files, voice samples, lead lists.
- Call data: recordings, transcripts, metadata and outcomes.
Processors
We use voice, telephony, payment and hosting sub-processors (e.g. Retell AI, Telnyx, Stripe, Neon, Vercel) solely to provide the service.
Retention
Recordings and transcripts are kept for 90 days by default (configurable), then deleted. Lead lists are deleted when you delete the campaign.
Your rights
You can export or delete your data from Settings, or by contacting support.
